My shoulder had been bothering me for a while, especially at night. I kept waking up trying to find a position that didn’t hurt and it was getting frustrating. I ended up trying this just to see if it would help a little. After using it here and there in the evenings, I started noticing my shoulder wasn’t as tight and I was sleeping better not having to get up at 3 am, but it definitely made things more manageable.
